You will have the opportunity to work on, and project manage a diverse range of projects to deliver environmental and ecological solutions for our clients. Bush Regenerators - Ingleburn, NSW
As an ELA bush regenerator, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects and environments across Western Sydney.
You will work on projects that include weed control, revegetation and erosion control across a variety of vegetation communities and varying condition, providing a great opportunity to increase your knowledge of local native and weed species.
Join our team, and you’ll get satisfaction from working in your outdoor ‘office’ and seeing bare development sites transformed into natural bush land over time.

Supervisor - Bush Regeneration - Ingleburn, NSW
As a Supervisor / Team Leader with ELA, you’ll be at the heart of transformative environmental work, actively restoring urban, infrastructure, and conservation sites across Western Sydney. You’ll be hands-on with weed control, revegetation, and erosion management, guiding your team to turn barren spaces into thriving natural landscapes.
You will liaise with project managers and other team leaders on the effective management of our implementation sites across Sydney, as well as leading and directing daily works and small teams of bush regenerators.

Graduate to Junior Environmental Planner – Wollongong
An excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to contribute to and gain hands on experience in the environmental sector. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Heritage Consultant/Archaeologist with specialism in Aboriginal Heritage to join the team. There are two permanent full-time positions available; a Senior Heritage Consultant with 6+ years industry experience and an Experienced Heritage Consultant with approximately 4 years’ experience.
