Senior/Associate Ecologists – Armidale

With a growing pipeline of work, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Senior/Associate Ecologist to join the Armidale team. You will have the opportunity to work on interesting and diverse projects, both around Armidale and further afield, delivering innovative environmental management and conservation solutions to our clients, and to regional Australia. Our clients and projects are continually growing – particularly in the renewables, resources and conservation sectors.

The role will involve providing expert advice to our clients, helping them to meet their obligations for flora and fauna assessments, monitoring and rehabilitation objectives in accordance with State and Commonwealth guidelines, identifying business opportunities and contributing to work-winning, and project and budget management. We You will also assist the team with client liaison, office strategy, and mentoring.

Senior/Associate Ecologists – Coffs Harbour

The Coffs Harbour office has a strong reputation delivering projects across ecology, renewables, EIS, Conservation and NRM. This well-respected team of scientists has a strong teamwork ethic and a collaborative approach to achieving success.

With that continued success, our Coffs Harbour office is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior/Associate Ecologist to join the team. We have a pipeline of work with a steady flow of existing and new clients that can continue to be built upon, as well as the opportunity to bring in and shape future work. We work with great clients who value our expertise and work with us to progress complex and interesting projects throughout NSW, Australia and internationally through the broader Tetra Tech company.

GIS Analyst - Perth

We are seeking an enthusiastic GIS Analyst to join our Perth team. This position will be responsible for the provision of GIS support, mapping, and spatial analysis services to environmental approvals, ecology, and bushfire projects. You will generally be involved in spatial data creation, data management, spatial analysis, map production, automation, and other project outputs.

Report writing, tender preparation, general project assistance, mentoring of junior staff and some field work may also be required.

You will be supported by a friendly, experienced team within a wider office of over twenty scientists across environmental approvals, ecology, GIS and spatial, and bushfire practices.

With the continued success of our operations and a growing pipeline of work, we are looking for experienced ecologists, botanists, zoologists, and restoration ecologists to join us and assist in meeting project demands. With a few years of field work under your belt, you will contribute to conservation planning and management, land development, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects delivering environmental and ecological solutions for our clients. We have roles for Ecologists who have three years' experience through to Principal level.
