Molong Creek Dam - Environmental Flow Release Framework

We undertook hydrographic analysis (flow hydrographs and flow duration curves) to identify key flow components and to characterise seasonal flow patterns in the system.

A flow release management framework was developed based on the existing surface water licence conditions for Molong Creek Dam, objectives and triggers for environmental releases as provided by Council, the NSW River Flow Objectives and with due consideration given to flow components of the system.
