Our aim is to contribute to bushfire recovery and plan for the future

We are devastated at Eco Logical Australia, a Tetra Tech Company, for the extraordinary loss of life, livelihood, homes and wildlife that has occurred in this summer’s unprecedented bushfires. We are in awe of the emergency services who have gone above and beyond to fight the flames in the most challenging of conditions and provide treatment and support to those affected. This includes a number of our own staff volunteering for days on end, of this we are extremely proud and commend them for their efforts.
During this time we have supported the following charities and organisations - Rural Aid, Buy a Bale, WIRES, NSW Rural Fire Service and Koala Hospital at Port Macquarie. Internationally, Tetra Tech is providing further support by matching all staff donations made to the Red Cross via their fundraising page.
The scale of this disaster is still being evaluated and we are focused on where we can call on our existing expertise to assist communities in evaluating the extent and significance of impacts. As one of the largest national teams of consultants in the field of biodiversity, ecological restoration and bushfire prevention planning and response, we feel we can contribute greatly to recovery efforts and planning for the future.
Our purpose is “to empower people to make a difference” – it is our desire to achieve this for the benefit of the environment and our communities in this challenging time.
